About Us

Denise Medved is the founder and creator of the Ageless Grace® program. While she has taught people of all ages, body types and all abilities--from children to athletes, from dancers and non-dancers to golfers, Denise specializes in movement for those who believe their movement is restricted. She is passionate about helping them find that not only can they move again with comfort and ease, but that their bodies can feel better and that they can experience a greater quality of life. She works with those over 55 years old, those with chronic illness and those recovering from physical injury and surgery.

Denise has also worked extensively with patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, and MS, and those in wheelchairs, or those using walkers and canes.

Denise has been featured on national television, in publications such as American Fitness, and at such internationally acclaimed facilities as Canyon Ranch Health and Fitness Resort in Tucson, Arizona; The Oaks Spa in Ojai, California; Rosey's Little Village in Agistri, Greece; Chianchiano Terme Spa in Tuscany, Italy; aboard Princess and Carnival Cruise Lines, and at the Pebble Beach Resorts in Pebble Beach, California.

A senior officer and board member of one of the largest communications companies in the world in New York City for 14 years, Denise later served as a marketing and public relations consultant in California and North Carolina for another 15 years. She also has more than 30 years of singing and acting experience, and she brings high energy, creativity, fun, and excellent stress management skills to her workshops, seminars and trainings.

She lives in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina with her husband in their historic Mistletoe Hill home with their rescued family: mama cat and her four now-adult "babies."

Casaundra Bennett, Managing Partner of Ageless Grace, LLC, has held various positions in college and university administration, publishing and editing, and healthcare over the last 25 years, at institutions such as UCLA, the University of Chicago, and St. Olaf College.

Trained as a spiritual director, Casaundra has facilitated retreats for more than 30 years. In 1999, she was ordained in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as a Buddhist minister. She has developed and taught courses in creative writing, autobiography, therapeutic writing, dreamwork, and other personal development disciplines at various adult education centers around the country.

Casaundra has a particular interest in the human bioenergy field, and has worked closely with Dr. Valerie Hunt, professor emeritus, UCLA. In 1999, Casaundra began teaching Mind Mastery seminars for personal empowerment, integrating Dr. Hunt's scientific theories with everyday spiritual practice.

In 2006, Casaundra left urban life in Washington, DC, to settle in western North Carolina. In the midst of managing Ageless Grace, LLC, she is at work on a novel, Dreaming of Elysium, and she teaches Courting the Muse writing workshops locally. At home, Casaundra enjoys cooking, and she is particularly fond of Persian and Indian cuisine. She joyfully tends a seasonal flock of Canada geese, and enjoys frequent visits from a neighborhood cat named Dorje, as well as a family of crows. She delights in periodic appearances from an assortment of raccoons, possums, and a resident hawk she calls Sadie.
